He was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and has a past medical history of sick sinus syndrome along with episodes of sustained VTAC.  The battery of the dual-chamber ICD is at end of life. Based on a shared decision-making conversation, the ICD was explanted and a HIS bundle permanent pacemaker implanted.  And our question is, how is procedure type sequence number 7010 coded?
