The NCDR Quality Check, Step 5, is the same process for both domestic and international registry participants. The NCDR Quality Check provides an initial assessment of logic and accuracy for your data entry. The Quality Check process identifies errors and outliers in data before it's sent to the DQR process and harvested by NCDR. Every patient data collection form must pass through the Quality Check before the DQR process will allow for data submission. For in-depth review of the Quality Check, please access our QII Learning Center.
