Action Item #3: Utilize All Available NCDR Resources-FAQ's

The FAQ link houses a database of frequently asked questions and answers which have been compiled by the NCDR Clinical Quality Advisor team.  FAQ topics can be located by Data Element Sequence Number, or FAQ ID, as well as by searching for keywords in the text of the question or answer.  The FAQ page also offers the opportunity for participants to seek clarification on any number of topics, including, but not limited to, data definitions, target values, and metrics  by utilizing the Ask Question function. Submitted questions are answered by members of the Clinical Quality Advisor team on a first-come, first-served basis.  It is important to note that not all incoming questions directed to NCDR via the FAQ tool are posted to the FAQ database.  In order to keep this database manageable, the CQA team posts FAQs which are deemed to assist the registry participants with the most relevant answers based on specific needs.
