Video Summary

A 50-year-old man with exertional chest pain underwent cath showing severe mid-RCA stenosis and moderate proximal LAD stenosis. IVUS was performed on the LAD before PCI and documented an MLA of 1.63 mm², then PCI with DES was done. IVUS after stenting showed good apposition. RCA IVUS showed calcific plaque but no measurement, followed by PCI with DES and post-stent IVUS confirming apposition. Coding conclusions: 7065 = No; 7511 = Yes, proximal LAD only; 8028 = Yes, for both LAD and RCA as intracoronary devices in the PCI section.
