For Chest Pain MI Registry patients with STEMI or NSTEMI who are alive at discharge, discharge medications are completed. The registry abstracts medication categories reflected in the 2025 Acute Coronary Syndromes guideline. Sequence 15520 captures whether aspirin was prescribed at a daily maintenance dose greater than 100 mg. Sequence 15546 captures whether a patient or medical reason explains why a high-dose statin was not prescribed when a moderate- or low-dose statin was given.
