What is the  indication for bradycardia pacing and or what is the indication for implanting the CRT on the current procedure? Check all that apply. Please do review the  version 2.3 data dictionary for the new supporting definitions for reason pacing indicated sequence 14731 as the focus today will be on the highlighted data  elements only. AV node ablation has its own data element therefore complete heart block will no longer be coded for heart block induced by AV node ablation.  Documentation of the CRT device being implanted to treat heart failure unresponsive to guideline directed medical therapy will be captured with  this data element. Select anticipated requirement of RV pacing greater than 40% for documentation of the same in the medical record. It will no longer be  coded based on previous advice.
