The IMPACT Registry Version 3 “other non-module intervention” option is used to document catheter-based procedures that are not part of a specific IMPACT module. It captures procedures outside existing categories, such as coronary artery fistula device implantation, pulmonary AVM coil embolization, systemic vessel balloon dilation, blade atrial septostomy, and post-transplant RV biopsy. Procedures already captured elsewhere, like ASD closure, proximal PA stenting, aortic valvuloplasty, TPVR-related pulmonary valvotomy, or routine hemodynamic data, should not be coded here. The registry tool activates relevant fields automatically, but if a procedure is missing, users should contact the registry.
