Hello, this video will provide an overview of the new eReports Health Systems Dashboard. The eReports Health Systems Dashboard is an add-on product that aggregates results from multiple facilities in a single view, and it is not available to all NCDR users. In this video, users will learn how to navigate to the eReports Health Systems Dashboard and learn the functionality and features of all of the dashboard pages. Once a user logs in to NCDR and selects a registry, select the Health Systems Beta button on the left side menu. The landing page of the Health Systems Dashboard is the Metric Summary page. This view provides an overview of the facility's performance for each metric category. Users are able to click into a hospital to view performance at a glance, or click into a value to view a breakdown of which metrics fall under each percentile group. The Benchmark Attainment shows the number of metrics that fall under each percentile for each facility. The Market Metric List provides a summary of the executive metrics. And lastly, the user needs to click into a metric for the trend graph in the upper right to appear. By selecting a hospital in the upper table, the metric table on the bottom will be repopulated to show the executive summary data for that hospital. Users also have the ability to further drill down into a metric by percentile group. Once a user clicks on a value, the metric table will list the specific metrics under the percentile group. Users can use the toggle feature on the top left to easily switch to the facility level view. When looking at the facility level view, users can use the drop down menu on the top to select a facility. Also, users can access the patient level view by clicking on the light blue button on top of the metric list section. Users can customize the view and only view data for select metrics by using the metric category drop down menu. The metric detail page provides the ability to view the metric data for the previous four quarters and the current quarter value. This page also provides a heat map for the R4Q value, the 50th percentile, which is also the national benchmark, and a breakdown of the four quarter data. The metric analysis page provides the executive summary metrics. The market analysis allows participants to compare institutions and markets relative to all U.S. hospitals based on the market set up by the eReports corporate administrators from MyMarkets preferences. Users can also hover over aggregate market and system data to view the breakdown of individual facilities contributions to the total value. The facility comparison provides an overview of how the health system is performing compared to the national benchmark, as well as how each facility is performing against each other. There is a toggle at the side of the facility comparison to switch between table and bar graph view. This is the bar graph view. This page provides the follow up detail lines. Data line metrics will display quarterly data for the four quarters defined by the ending time frame, and the sum of this data is displayed in the My Group R4Q column. The bottom graph displays the value for the selected metric for the prior six quarters. The data quality report page provides an overview of the health system's data quality. The overall submission statistics provides a count of the facilities by submission status. Below the submission statistics, the page also provides the submission status for each facility for each quarter. Participants can also use the first toggle to switch based on type of metric, and use the second toggle to switch between the snapshot, which is the default view, or the live view, which displays the most recent details for the base and follow up metrics. The follow up view is always live and is not tied to aggregations. Thank you for listening, and welcome to your new dashboard.
