Hello and welcome to this video. Before getting into the content, only a few designated users of any health system will be able to create and edit markets. In this video, users will  learn the process for creating a market on the new eReports Health Systems Dashboard. To create a market, first select the hamburger menu on the top left corner. At the bottom  of the hamburger menu, there is a tab labeled My Markets. Once you select My Markets, you  will be directed to the Market Setup page. To create a new market, select New. When creating  a market, users should first create the market name on the upper left. Under Available Participants,  users can select which facilities to add in each market. Click Add, and the selected facilities  will then show up on the right. Click Save at the end to save the changes. Markets can be changed at any point, but changes are only reflected after 24 hours.
