Hello, this video will explain navigation and customization within the new eReports Health Systems Dashboard.  In this video, users will learn more about navigating the new eReports Health Systems Dashboard using the customization tools and other features of the dashboard.  The focus mode feature allows users to focus into a metric or table. If users hover over the top right corner of a table or graph, the focus mode button will appear.  This can be done for any of the tables or graphs on each dashboard page. Here is an example of the view once selecting focus mode.  The button on the top left, back to report, will exit the focus mode. The three dots on the upper right can be used to export the page.  Users have the option to export to Excel format either the data with the current layout or the summarized data used to create the visual.  To navigate the dashboard, users can utilize the icons on the left. First, the slicer menu is used to select an ending time frame for the data, the benchmark,  and inclusion criteria. Use the drop down arrow to select the desired ending time frame.  The four quarters comprising the organization's metric value is determined by the last quarter displayed in the ending time frame window.  Users can select which of the available percentiles they would like to compare their data to.  Lastly, users can select to only display data that was green in all four quarters or all hospital data.  Users are able to bookmark unlimited data views by selecting the bookmark icon on the left side panel.  When adding a bookmark for the first time, type in the name of the bookmark and hit save. For any subsequent bookmarks, click on the add button to create and name the bookmark.  Click on the three dots next to the bookmark to rename or delete any bookmark. Click on the bookmark icon in a later session to open any bookmarked view.  Clicking on the down arrow icon on the left side navigation provides options for report downloads.  From any dashboard tab or view, the current dashboard view can be downloaded to a PDF or PowerPoint slide. Thank you so much for listening and welcome to your new dashboard.
