NCDR Participants will have a greater understanding of how to correctly collect and interpret Cardiac Rehab Referral data as well as implement quality improvement initiatives.

These recordings are designed to support participants in that effort and will:

• Help participants recognize how real-world scenarios are coded with respect to Seq # 10116 (Cardiac Rehab Referral) leading to a reduction in the number of unanswered questions
• Help participants identify why patients appear or do not appear in the numerator/denominator of Metric 45 (Cardiac Rehab Referral) 
• Incorporate smart phrase terminology into their practice
