Comprehend the current challenges in providing care to the Heart Failure (HF) population, the rationale for the ACC HF Accreditation requirements, and how it can enhance and strengthen the quality and delivery of care to this population. By providing these educational topics, HF Accreditation participants will achieve a foundational understanding and motivational engagement to identify process improvement opportunities and adopt HF quality initiatives.

These recordings are designed to support participants in that effort and will:

• Help participants develop a framework and identify team members.
• Identify the method/structure for data analyzation and reporting. 
• Identify 1-2 process improvement initiatives and form QI team(s).
