Description:
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and ever evolving healthcare landscape, there is a need to talk about rebuilding, recuperating, and restarting in the shadow of this first phase of COVID-19.  This session will focus on the lenses of the overall Cardiovascular Team. Leaders from the academic center, community hospital, and rural/urban hospital  will share their best practices pre and post COVID-19.

• Discuss the challenges and successes of implementing change in the healthcare environment. 
• Distinguish how hospital systems are acknowledging workforce competency as the healthcare environment are evolving.
