Current national STEMI registries exhibit remarkable variability regarding the processes for identification and selection of patients, which often excludes important subsets of STEMI patients. Consequently, information gathered from these registries may not be consistent with real-world experience. The Midwest STEMI Consortium was created with a collaboration of 4 large regional STEMI systems of care to address these gaps.

• Review the initial results, abstracts, and manuscripts produced from the data.
