This session will explore best practices and time-tested strategies for abstracting medical records accurately and efficiently. It will also introduce how facilities have implemented AI for CathPCI abstractions, detailing lessons learned, advantages/disadvantages, and how AI is easing data abstraction burden to allow sites to focus more on quality.
