With so many nuances to diagnosing myocardial infarction, documentation is often vague and unclear making patient inclusion in the Chest Pain - MI Registry challenging.  This session will discuss the hallmarks of accurate MI diagnoses, review registry inclusion and identify strategies which may support clinicians, clinical coders & registry data abstraction.
