The purpose of “What is a DQR? Rationale and Training” is to provide the participant with overview of the NCDR Data Quality Program and how that is important in the Data Quality Report process.  This course also provides a systematic approach to understanding the DQR process for all hospital-based registries.  The recordings in this course are designed to support participants in that effort where they will:

• Follow steps to submit data for unpublished quarters weekly.
• Recognize there is a defined process for NCDR Quality.
• Express the importance of the DQR and how it affects their data.
