Provide educational content related to accessing and utilization of the online Heart Failure (HF) v4 Accreditation Tool. The user will demonstrate understanding of the functionality of the online accreditation tool and navigation to pertinent vital resources prior to beginning the accreditation process. The goal is to support the ACC Accreditation Services’ goal and objective to improved customer satisfaction.

Ensure that participants are engaged and supported while achieving their ACC HF v4 Accreditation
Understand how to utilize all functionalities of the online accreditation tool to promote:
Communication with their assigned ACC Accreditation Review Specialist
Obtain essential resources such as evidenced-based supporting literature, user guides, and shared practices
Submit formal documents and applications during the accreditation process
Acquire and review several reports on accreditation progress and monthly outcome reports
