This course will guide the participant to independently determining the cause of a patient appearing in Metric 2 and Metric 3. These recordings are designed to support participants in that effort to:

• Analyze Metrics 2 and 3
• Review and utilize the documented processes in the Outcome Report Companion Guides
• Review denominator and numerator information weekly
