Statement of Need:
The purpose of this couse is to show the learner how to upload a .csv file into the Accreditation Conformance Database, also known as the ACD.

Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, the learner should be able to:

• Identify what the .csv file is.
• Explore where you can find the .csv file template.
• Determine how to correctly format a .csv template.
• Demonstrate how to upload .csv file.
