Participants will demonstrate knowledge of the key components of a quality-based program; key team members, structure, data analyzation tools and reports, quality improvement framework as demonstrated by the pre/post-test questions. These recordings are designed to support participants in that effort and will:

• Help participants develop a framework and identify team members.
• Identify the method/structure for data analyzation and reporting.
• Identify 1-2 process improvement initiatives and form QI team(s).
