Participants will have a focused educational track which will measure their competency via pre and post-test questioning. The focused goal is to improve data collection and understanding of the follow-up process.

These recordings are designed to support participants in that effort and will:

• Identify the registry’s requirement, rationale and purpose for follow-up.
• Describe follow-up intervals and the different date ranges.
