Statement of Need

The purpose of this course is to provide the participant with an overview of the NCDR Data Quality Program and it's importantance in the Data Quality Report process. This course also provides a systematic approach to understanding the DQR process for all hospital-based registries.

After participating in this activity, the learner will be prepared to:

Demonstrate the importance of the participant’s role in the Data Quality Report.
Apply a systematic approach for Data Quality Report navigation.
Identify the Quality Assurance process in the Data Quality Report.
