Understanding the importance of NCDR Data Registries is a key component to the success of patient health outcomes and quality processes. Each of the 7 hospital-based registries highlighted in this learning activity focus on the purpose and relevance of the registry at the hospital, physician, and registry user levels.
Additionally, this learning package highlights the inclusion and exclusion criteria for each of NCDR’s hospital-based registries along with procedural goals, data collection time frames, and the roles of federal requirements for some of the registries.
