Participants will have a focused educational track which will measure their competency via pre- and post-test questioning. The focused goal is for facilities to understand how a risk-adjusted metric works. These recordings are designed to support participants in that effort and will:

• Increase utilization of companion guide for understanding and answering their questions
• Better interpret the detail lines used for Metric 1
• Better interpret “My Dashboard” and which patients were included/not included in Metric 1
