Sequence 5000 electrophysiology study is indicating if the patient had an electrophysiology study any time prior to the procedure.  If a patient has undergone a prior atrial or ventricular ablation, this would be coded as yes as it is understood an electrophysiology study occurred as this is an inherent part  of an ablation procedure.
