Sequence 5015 is indicating if clinically relevant ventricular arrhythmias were induced during the electrophysiology study.  A clinically relevant ventricular arrhythmia induced during electrophysiology study most  often represents sustained monomorphic ventricular tachycardia, but it can include other clinically  relevant sustained ventricular tachyarrhythmias thought to contribute to syncope, aborted cardiac death, or other serious clinical presentations.
