Sequence 5265, Cardiac CTA Results, is indicating the most recent results of the prior diagnostic coronary angiography performed between birth and the current procedure.  This is a multiple select field as more than one condition can be seen among all the coronary arteries and their branches.  Obstructive CAD would be coded when there is greater than or equal to 50% luminal diameter narrowing of an epicardial artery or left mean stenosis.  Non-obstructive CAD would be coded when there is less than 50% luminal diameter narrowing of an epicardial artery or left mean stenosis.  Greater severity would be coded when coronary artery disease severity is unclear or conflicting.  Structural disease would be coded when there is an abnormality of the heart that is non-coronary, meaning that it does not affect the blood vessels in the heart, but rather involves  the valves, walls, or chambers. No CAD would be coded when there is no evidence of coronary artery disease.  If the results of the prior diagnostic coronary angiography are unknown, then Sequence 5266 Prior Diagnostic Coronary Angiography Procedure Results Unknown would then be selected.
