Video Summary
Sequences 7505 and 7525 focus on detecting native or graft vessel stenosis of 50% or greater within six months before the current procedure. The notes specify identifying disease in vessels 2mm or larger, or less than 2mm if PCI is planned or if the anatomy is 2mm or less. Previous cath lab data can be used if coronary anatomy remains unchanged. Stenosis is expressed as a percentage ranging from 0 to 100, based on the vessel’s diameter reduction. The maximal point of stenosis is determined by the reduction in the proximal vessel's diameter. For multiple lesions, record the highest stenosis percentage detected.
