Sequence 7508 and 7528 is looking for native graft coronary vessel stenosis and this is capturing the best estimate of the most severe percent stenosis in the segment of the native  or graft vessel identified. Again it is acceptable to use prior cath lab visit information as long as there have been no changes in coronary anatomy.  So this includes stenosis determined via a cath at another facility however this does not include collaterals.
