Sequence 8001, native lesion segment number, is indicating the segments that the current lesion spans. A lesion can span one or more segments.  From the perspective of the registry, treated segments are areas that are sequential to one another, as with the proximal mid and distal RCA lesion are coded as one lesion  in the lesion counter with each segment identified in sequence 8001.
