Sequence 8013, stent type, is indicating the type of stent used in the previously treated lesion.  If a patient has multiple stents in the lesion, code bioabsorbable over either of the other two options when it is present.  If a drug eluting stent and bare metal stent are present in the lesion, code drug eluting stent.  If the type of stent used in the previously treated lesion is unknown, please select sequence 8014, stent type unknown.
