This includes choosing one approved data entry method per registry, saving deadlines from the Call for Data schedule, assigning responsibilities for each step of the data cycle, collecting registry specifications and support materials, reviewing the Data Quality Report process, and ensuring backup coverage.

3. <strong>Build knowledge and use available resources</strong>  
   Staff should confirm access to the QII Learning Center, complete required onboarding education, use case scenarios and registry-specific learning, stay informed through calls and newsletters, review performance dashboards, and know how to request help from NCDR.

4. <strong>Maintain an ongoing rhythm</strong>  
   The document recommends monthly review of announcements and education, checks before each deadline, review of reports after release, semiannual profile validation, and annual reconfirmation of roles, training, and procedures.

The checklist ends with signature lines for completion and program lead review, plus links to current public resources.
